Our values

Founder, Annie Spilsbury, set up her first business when her children were 16 months old and 2 months old respectively having just left a very successful FTSE 100 career in London.  As a single parent, developing a flexible working pattern was paramount at the founding stages of Grasshopper Ant and the intent to blend very high-performance outcomes in the most efficient manner became the heartbeat of Grasshopper Ant.  Annie’s people strategy is that she’d “much rather have one hour of pure brilliance a day, than 8 hours of mediocrity….”

Grasshopper Ant has a solid track record of mentoring, coaching and developing school age children and leavers into business.  Today, 10% of Grasshopper Ant’s profits are given to local youth charities who support under represented children’s development in life and work experiences.

Located internationally, and with a 50:50 gender split,  Grasshopper Ant runs fully flexible working hour packages across a diverse range of employees – whilst actively training and employing a youth market on our marketing and social media, data automation and sales.
